Our client is a well-known Company with a number of famous commercial developments in Hong Kong and China. They are currently searching for a QS Manager to join and expand within their well-established team due to company expansion in China.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the quantity surveying team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects within budget and time constraints.
• Manage and supervise the preparation of accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
• Review and negotiate contracts, including terms and conditions, variations, and claims, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate project risks, including contractual, financial, and commercial risks.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project budgets and cost control measures.
• Manage and resolve disputes or conflicts related to quantity surveying matters, both internally and externally.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying, and implement relevant changes to improve processes and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• min. 8 years years experience in QS field
• Extensive experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on cost management and contract administration.
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and relevant legislation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
