about the company.Our client is a market leader in audio industry. They manufacture and develop high end audio products with clients across the globe. Currently they are looking a purchasing professional to join their purchasing team.about the team.There are sourcing team and purchasing team at this company. Being a core member of the purchasing team, you will focus more on purchasing operation of commodities for audio products such as coil, metal & plastic parts, cable, power supply and so on.about the job.As a Puchasing Supervisor, you are responsible for- Act as a team leader for overall new project quotation, costing verification and purchasing tasks.- Contribute to process improvement and planning of purchasing acitivites.- Source electronic and mechanical components for manufacturing of OEM, ODM and own brand audio products.- Support new product development by identifying new components for the engineer and marketing teams.- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain most favorable price, schedule, and terms and conditions.- Ensure on time delivery of components and meet the quality standard of the company.skills & experiences required.To be successful at this position, you need- Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline / Purchasing / Supply Chain or related discipline.- At least 5 year epxerience in electronic/ mechanical components.- Experience in consumer electronic or audio industry.- Daily travel and work in Shenzhen from Monday to Friday is required when the border is reopen- Proficient in English and Chinese.
