about the company.Our client has a strong presence in the fashion industry with multiple contemporary and luxury brands in the group. The company is a fashion, lifestyle, brand management and distribution company based in Hong Kong and China. They recently collaborated with a designer brand to leverage the group's unique expertise to penetrate the retail industry as it reaches the Chinese millennial audience. As a result, they are looking for a Public Relations Manager to join the team and bring in new marketing inspirations for their HK and China business. about the team.Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be expected to travel between HK and cities in China and work with the Retail and Merchandising teams. You are responsible for building and enhancing the brands images and awareness in HK and China. about the job.
  • Develop marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate public relations results on a quarterly basis
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
  • Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand
skills & experiences required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Public Relations for fashion & apparel brands; preferably in a multi-brand environment
  • Candidates from agencies are welcome
  • Proven track record in events management and media pitching
  • Experience in PRC market and Milan Fashion Show is a MUST
  • Proficient in Mandarin speaking is a MUST
  • Frequent travel to PRC will be required
