about the company.

Our client is one of the leading luxury fashion houses in the world. They offer a wide range of collections, from ready to wear, to leather goods, accessories and personal care. With decades and centuries of history, they are devoted to offering the best customer experience and events possible in town. In order to maintain the commitment, they are currently looking for a Public Relations Executive to join their team in Hong Kong. about the team. The office is located on HK island with a convenient transportation network. You will be reporting to the department manager on all operational, implementation and post-activities initiatives. This position requires you to work Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. You are also required to attend local brand/in-store activities when needed. about the job.
  • Plan and organize events for the brand
  • Take care of all operational, implementation and after-event initiatives
  • Pitch ideas of event management and present to senior management for approval
  • Travel arrangement for VIPs and special guests
  • Collaborate closely and provide clear guidelines to vendors to ensure timeline is met
  • Negotiate terms with vendors and contractors to maintain cost-efficiency while quality is maximized
  • Work cross-functionally on event planning (retail, marketing, finance, HR, store team etc)
  • Manage catering, audio, visual, production and security services for the hosted events and ensure smoot operations
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor degrer or above in marketing, communications, business or other relevant disciplines
  • 3+ years of experience in event management, experience in luxury retail will have advantage
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
  • Great organizational, planning, prioritizing and project management skills
  • Ability to coordinate teams internally and externally to support the event
  • Proficient in verbal and written presentation and communications
