Our client is a reputable listed property group with iconic property portfolios across Hong Kong, the Greater China and Overseas market. They develop, own and operate iconic residential, offices, retail and complex. With hiring expansion, they are now inviting the Sales Officer to join their team.

About the job

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for company’s residential projects
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Liaise with property agents, solicitors, advertising agencies and relevant business parties
• Coordinate sales office logistics and support daily operation in relation to sales and marketing activities
• Handle clients enquiries or requests, and provide after sales services
• Handle and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

What you'll ideally have

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
• Relevant working experience in leading property developer is preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Proactive and customer-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
