    Our client is a listed property developer with wide range of high quality complex portfolios in Hong Kong and the Greater China region. They develop, own and operate high-end complex commercial, hotel, retail, office and residential portfolios in Hong Kong and China. Currently they have an exciting opportunity to call for a senior leader with a track record in property sales management exposures to join their well-established team.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • overall development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the Company’s property portfolios in Hong Kong market
    • Provide professional supports for all property sales activities in order to achieve sales targets
    • Formulate and drive sales strategies to achieve short and long term business objectives
    • Recommend strategic initiatives on an ongoing basis to ensure increased sales, leading to increased profitability
    • Liaise with property agents, solicitors and bankers to facilitate the sales launch

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder in property/ real estate/ business administration or equivalent
    • Around 10 years’ relevant experiences preferably with track record in managing sizable sales turnover in Hong Kong and or focusing in Hong Kong Region
    • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
