Property Officer (Grade A Commercial)

  • 3-5 years of experience in property management

About the Company
Our client is a reputable and one of the leading property management and development companies in Hong Kong. They own some signature office, retail and residential buildings. As their company is expanding, they are now inviting the Property Officer to join their team and provide excellent services.

About the job:

  • Perform day-to-day building management and inspection, maintenance, security and customer services.
  • Work closely with Leasing, Security, Technical team and outside contractor
  • Handle tenancy administration, assist in projects and budgeting
  • Maintain good relations with tenants and manage the complaints and inquiries

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in property management of commercial developments
  • University graduate.
  • Excellent client servicing skills and ability to handle clients independently
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
