About the Company
Our client company is an international specialist engineering technology solution provider in Hong Kong and across APAC, Europe and America markets. Their vision is to offer cutting-edge construction technologies including but not limited to IOT and digital solutions to the construction engineering industry globally for better quality and efficiency.
With continuous business growth in the engineering and project management market shares, they are now looking for a Project Operation Manager to join their team based in Hong Kong.
About the Role
As the Project Operation Manager, directly reporting to the Line Director based in the Headquarter, you will be leading the Hong Kong Office project operations to ensure the projects are delivered on time, cost quality and complied with the contractual requirement. You will be overseeing the end-to-end project solutions cycle, from feasibility study, vendor/contractors selections, tenders reviews, project execution and post-services care and maintenance. It is also critical for you to have a strategic way to manage, coordinate and supervise external stakeholders including the commercial sales team, construction & project department, sub-contractors and construction workers.
About the Requirement
- Over 10 years of experiences in construction & engineering industry, with prior end-to-end project cycle in Hong Kong
- Track record of exposures into construction technologies solutions, including but not limited to IOT/ centralized monitoring system are preferred but not a must
- Fluency in English and Cantonese to liaise with local and international stakeholders
- Good commercial awareness as well as interpersonal skills
- Degree holder in Civil/ Building/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent)
