    You will be an individual contributor and work closely with teams in Asia & South Asia.

    • Responsible for enabling and delivering enrolment of new systems ( purchasing order, vendors management etc)
    • Plan and deliver system training to the vendors and internal stakeholders in Asia & South Asia
    • Involved in the change management and implementation planning on new initiative
    • Collaborate with Change & Training team and cross-functional teams throughout different project phases so as to ensure deliverable of the major technology and process transformation projects
    • Be the key person in charge of the new system training and primary point of contact for vendors during hyper-care post-training / post-release
    • Consolidate all training materials & documents and update the user manual if needed
    skills & experiences required.
    • Degree holder or above in relevant field
    • At least 5+ years’ of experience in large-scale transformation projects/change management/ system training in Regional role
    • Knowledge in change management and/or training principles and methodologies preferable
    • Excellent communication, listening and facilitation skills
    • Able to work effectively with a wide range of people, good relationship building skills
    • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
