About the company

Our client is a leading bank with a long standing history and extensive market presence. To cope with business needs, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join and grow with them.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be the in-charge of the overall project management for the renovations and relocations of retail and commercial properties. You will be managing external parties including consultants and contractors for a smooth project delivery. You will be handling project governance, cost control, documentation and ensure the whole process is adhered to company policies.

What you’ll need

Degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Construction, Project Management or equivalent
8+ years of experience in project management for financial institutions
Independent, able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
Business proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
