About The Company

My client, an international financial services firm, is looking for a Project Manager / Middle Office Change Manger. The financial services firm is well regarded as a clear leader in its category, and it is looking for an experienced Operations Change professional /Project Manager to lead its project initiatives. This opportunity is open to existing Change professionals and also individuals in Operations who have an interest to move into change and project roles.



About the Team

You will be working with highly competent PMs in Hong Kong, and you will have direct access to senior decision makers within the firm from both business and also operations side. Reporting to the director, you will be given the authority to work on senior openings. You will also be given support from counterparts in the APAC region.



About the Job

As a Project Manager, you will work on key projects for operations, including playing a key role in Oracle Cloud project. You will play a key role in the planning, analyzing, testing and implementation of projects. Main responsibilities included:


  • Project planning, analysis, testing and implementation
  • Developing an accurate understanding of client requirements and concerns
  • Formulating solutions from both technical and functional perspectives


Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business, accounting, operations
  • 6+ years of middle office operations or project management experience gained from sizable financial institutions
  • Fluent communication skills in English essential. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin ideal.
