About the company

The client is a renowned company in Asia that has a strong momentum to establish a brand name in providing environmental service and treatment plants to large corporations and government departments. It is also known for its large scale facilities development projects and its flexible culture. With their upcoming construction project and enhancement of safety strategies, they would like to look for an environmental engineering talent to be the Project Manager (Environmental).

About the role

Reporting to the department head, you can expect the major job responsibilities to be the followings:

  • You will be involved in the project management for the upcoming confirmed projects from early planning stage to completion to monitor the cost, progress and quality of the project deliverables
  • Involve in tendering process, preparing tender documents and forming strategies to secure future projects for the company
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project and effective communication, e.g. government authorities, consultants, contractors, internal project team members, etc.
  • Conduct regular site inspection to ensure the construction activities are aligned with governmental regulation and company standards as well as free from potential risk
  • Draft report and deliver presentation to the top management on relevant issues
  • Lead the team to provide guidance on strategy implementation and inspection activities are delivered in a quality and timely manner


  • Degree or Associate Degree holder in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • At least 10-20 years of work experience of involving in the project management for construction projects; solid experience in water treatment/waste treatment/energy/industrial plants or similar facilities is necessary
  • Experience in tendering is a must
  • Proficiency in written and oral Cantonese, Mandarin and English is required
  • Strong leadership, analytical, communication and relationship building skills
