Our client company is a leading international contractor with reputable name in the market. With continuous growth in awarded projects in their HK project team, they are looking for a new headcount as Project Manager/ Deputy Project Manager (Civil) to lead an exciting design & build contract.
About the Role
Directly reporting to Group Project Head,
- Managing end-to-end project from project programming, time planning, resources allocation, contract administration, construction management to handover
- Liaise closely with client representatives and contractors to ensure smooth project progress
- Prepare method statements, risk assessments and health and safety documentation, and direct safety on site
- Produce monthly reports of work in progress and net revenue forecasts within agreed timescales
About the Requirement
- Around 10 - 15 years of experiences or above in civil engineering field
- Track record in managing mid-large scale of Hong Kong civil infrastructure projects
- Full cycle end-to-end project management experiences as an overall Project Leader
- MHKIE/ MICE/ CEng (Civil or Structural Engineering) holder is highly preferred
- Good command in English and Chinese to liaise with different stakeholders
- Degree holder in Civil/ Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- Candidates with less years of experiences however shown potentials for the position may be considered as Deputy Project Manager
