project executive - landscape (up to 480k/yr, 18 days al) in Hong Kong

The client company is a reputable landscape contractor that has been known for quality landscape and horticultural projects for renowned clients across the region. Their projects range from the large scale new residential building developments to Grade A commercial buildings. The company is seeking a landscape project management talent to join the team as Project Executive in their team.

Reporting directly to the division head, you can expect your major responsibilities to be the followings:

• Conduct site investigation and field measurement for managing the quality, progress and cost of landscape projects
• Liaise and coordinate with client representatives, suppliers, authorities and relevant stakeholders as well as preparing proposals and documents for submission
• Audit specifications and prepare reports for horticultural and landscape matters
• Record the hazards involved in horticultural activity and communicate the risk and precautions to parties involved

• Degree holder in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Management, Environmental Science or relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years of work experience in landscape management, horticulture or equivalent discipline
• Certified Arborist of ISA is preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Proficient in Mandarin would be an advantage
• Detail-minded, excellent in communication and high adaptability
• Possession of driving license is preferred
• Possession of Green Card would be an advantage
