Our client company is an institution with a reputable name in the market. With a stable project pipeline and rapid business expansion, they are now looking for a project coordinator to join their project management team.
About the Role
- Monitor the progress, the standard of workmanship and efficiency of material usage adhered to the set target by carrying out site supervision
- Coordinate with external and internal parties including architect, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical problems
- Conduct site checking and inspection
- Prepare and monitor the procurement and tendering processes
About the Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in building/ building studies /construction management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of solid project management and coordination experience
- Candidates with A&A project exposure is highly desirable
- Fluency in oral & written English
- Candidates who are immediately available will be highly preferred
