• Lead impactful cross-functional transformation initiatives, focusing on strategic business development, regulatory advancements, and process optimisation
• Drive front-to-back strategic initiative across APAC region and provides guidance on initiatives focused on achieving operational excellence and implementing regional best practices
• Take charge of governance meetings by preparing engaging materials, documenting key actions, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders
• Champion strong governance and internal controls within change initiatives, ensuring a solid foundation for success
• Proactively identify opportunities to refine organizational processes, fuelling business growth and enhancing cost efficiency
• Collaborate on cross-border projects involving process re-engineering and electronic trading platforms
• Provide PMO support for effective program monitoring and governance
