As a Production & Materials Planning Manager, you will
-Collect, validate and consolidate accurate data/information relates to capacity, efficiency and production schedule
-Provide analyse and reports across relevant functions to improve factory performance
-Develop, review and improve data accuracy & data management process and tools to support decision making
-Analyse the material contents and propose factory re-allocation for duty saving
-Coordinate on material shortages & ensure material availability to support production plan
-Lead S&OP meeting to resolve delivery issue & potential risk to achieve forecast & sales targets
-Manage a high accuracy of inventory level of SKU and constantly review the operational process and procedures for continuous improvement
skills & experiences required.
-Degree holder from a recognisable university
-Min 5 years of experience in planning, with 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
-Candidates from consumer goods industry/FMCG background are highly preferred
-Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
-Prior experience in working in multinational companies
-Strong leadership & negotiation skills; Able to motivate the teammates
