    As a Assistant Production Manager, you are responsible for

    • Manage the operation of beverages manufacturing.
    • Coordinate with general managers to ensure quality production.
    • Ensure the products fulfil the quality standards requirement
    • Review the KPI performance reports to maximize the production process.
    • Supervise, motivate and provide the job training to staff.
    • Take immediate corrective action on issues affecting customers, teams or sales in shops.

    To be successful at this position, you need

    • Education background in any field.
    • At least 3 years experience in F&B and central kitchen is preferred.
    • Hands-on experience in production operations, inventory control and supervisory management.
    • Good problem solving and interpersonal skills.
    • A leader with a positive attitude building strong teams to achieve company targets and objectives.
    • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
