- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Offer expert advice on lending, trade finance, and cash management products and services
- Collaborate with bank's product and sales teams to deliver customized solutions to clients
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present reports on sales activity, product performance, and client feedback
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
skills & experiences required.
Your previous experience as product specialist within commercial/ corporate banking will help you succeed in this role, candidates with direct product and sales background is a plus. You will have 5+ years of relevant experience with strong industry knowledge in lending, trade finance (import/ export trade, receivable finance, factoring and supply chain finance) and cash solutions (CASA, cross-border cash management, cash pooling). You will be a team player in achieving team targets and also strive to learn, improve existing models and embrace new ways of working. Due to the targeted client segment, you will be required to command good command in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
