about the job
- You will develop and implement various new product development projects to deliver topline and bottom-line targets.
- You will conduct market research by providing analysis, generating ideas for new product development and identifying selling angles of our products.
- You will prepare product materials, including the product specification, sales illustration, product brochure and provision the key product documents.
- You will supervise the testing of product related items for various systems to ensure quality and delivery.
- You will lead and drive communications with various internal / external stakeholders, to discuss and resolve different product development and implementation issues.
- You will support product maintenance, including proper documentation control and procedures.
- You will support sales and marketing functions for product related items, to promote business.
skills & experiences required
- You are a Bachelor Degree Holder
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance product development
- You have good knowledge of life insurance products
- You are proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
