- This job role will be responsible for developing and implementing our marketing campaigns and initiatives, aiming to drive continual business growth and strengthen our competitiveness & brand positioning.
- Implementing marketing plans and sales activities such as exhibitions/ marketing events/ promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with designers, internal departments and external manufacturers to ensure quality delivery of marketing collateral.
- Handle multiple new product launch and manage product development and improvement projects for the Asia-Pacific region.
- Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trend, customer requirements and competitor activities
- Analyze sales data and monitor business performance for implementation of relevant product strategies.
- Handle day-to-day operations and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
skills & experiences required.
... - B.Sci. in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related discipline.
- 4+ years' experience involved in the commercialization process of dermal filler product for medical aesthetic fields.
- Familiar HK dermal market and strong dermatologist network.
- Good business sense and have product marketing / product management /sales experience.
- Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus, good network of designers is a plus.
- Proficient at Putonghua and English.
