• Manage a small team to conduct sales & marketing activities for Life Science Research to Universities, biotechnology laboratories and Government Departments
• Track sales goals and reporting well-organized results
• Develop sales team through motivation and continuous training
• Report to the division manager to implement sales and marketing plans designed to achieve sales goals for a specific focused product range
• Explore and identify new business opportunities
• Maintain good relationship with both vendors and customers

• Bachelor Degree or above in Biological Sciences/ Life Science or related disciplines
• Master Degree or higher education background will be an advantage
• At least 5 years sales experience in life science reagent products is preferable
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Experience in managing and directing a sales team is preferable
• High calibre, responsible and sales oriented
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill
• Good command of English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), in written and spoken
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales/Marketing Manager
