job description

about the job.
  • Work on the projects related to middle office, e.g. trades booking, reconciliation and monitoring.
  • Work on project management/ business analysis and communicate with different users/ stakeholders in order to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Gather requirements, work on documentation, provide solutions and work on UAT.
  • Assist in proposal preparation for system enhancement and communication with different related parties.
  • Conduct UAT on clearing system.
  • Streamline operational processes and control risks by reviewing policies, rules and procedures with different departments.
  • Monitor and control of project implementation.
skills & experiences required.
  • Minimum 3 years Trade Support / Middle Office experience in Bank or Financial Institutions;
  • Good understanding of Front to Back operation flow including Bonds, Credit, EMTN, FX, Options, Rates, Repo and Treasury;
  • Solid understanding of procedures and operational controls for systems and workflow;
  • Experience in Middle Office / Trade Support;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Knowledge in TTL/Ayers/iAsia system is an advantage
  • Immediately available will be preferable.
