6+ years of professional banking project or product management experience
Able to work under pressure and multi-task to achieve success
Strong on managing and influencing different stakeholders for driving business initiative
Adaptable to new market trends and able to value the application of technology
Team player personality with excellent teamwork skills
Proficient in English and Chinese
