about the company.Our client is a fast-growing start-up company that focuses on smart home devices businesses. With a very strong growth of the e-commerce business, they are looking for a self-motivated and experienced product development professional to join their team in Hong Kong. about the team.There are 15-20 people in the office, while you, as the product development manager, will be the core member to drive new product development activities. In the long run, you are expected to be the head of the department and lead the team to drive a better result. about the job.As a Product Development Manager, you are responsible for- Spot and analyse current market trend and develop products in order to boost the sales volume up.- Implement OEM projects by closely working with company's suppliers.- Identify potential ODM products opportunities within smart home/ IoT product field.- End-to-end product development process from prototype to end of production.- Ensure the product quality is up to company standard in order to retain our customers. skills & experiences required.To succeed at this position, you need- At least 7 year working experience with proven track record in bringing new product from scratch to market.- Strong knowledge and experience within consumer electronics field, ideally smart home devices.- Education background in electrical engineering or related discipline would be preferred.- Self-motivated and excited about hard work.
