Currently, they are hiring a Product Development Executive - Beauty Products to join their highly successful team. This is a new headcount. about the job.- Handle daily merchandising activities in costing, product development to production
- Responsible for product innovation and proposing cost saving opportunities
- Work closely with overseas customers and suppliers for quatation follow up, sample arrangement and order follw up
- Identify, address and resolve any issues in different stages and provide recommendations to facilitate effective business decision making
- Ensure compliance with both internal and external protocols and regulations
- Diagnose problems in the production line and provide recommendatiosn and CAP
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
- Ensure on time delivery of tasks and projects
skills and experience required.
- Diploma or above
- 3+ years merchandising experience in sourcing & product development
- Open minded, flexible, organised and independent
- Self-motivated, hard-working and able to work under pressure
- Good negotiation skills and problem solving skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
