As a Product Development Specialist, you will be responsible for
-Collaborate with merchandising team to conceptualize and develop innovative bag designs that meet market trends and customer demands
-Conduct market research to identify emerging bag styles, materials, and technologies, and incorporate them into the product development process
-Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and accurate production of bag prototypes and samples
-Oversee and manage the product testing and quality assurance processes to deliver bags that meet the highest standards
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sourcing, production, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of the product development lifecycle
-Monitor and manage the product development timeline, ensuring adherence to deadlines and efficient project management
skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Product Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
-Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and trends
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
-Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest bag industry developments
