As a Procurement Manager, you will
-Review purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with the project requirement and a time schedule
-Liaise with project team and external vendors to ensure that the requirements are met within budget
-Manage full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation, negotiation, shipping and delivery, etc)
-Issue and process of purchase order in accordance with company policies and procedures
-Expedite order, monitor and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
-Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
skills & experiences required.
-Degree in any discipline
-At least 6 years of working experience in a purchasing/procurement role; preferably in a financial institution
-Prior experience in indirect procurement is high preferred, particularly in the IT/professional services category
-Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
-Strong communication skills with can-do attitude
