As a Procurement Manager, you will

-Participate in daily procurement activities
-Ensure the procurement procedure can comply with company’s policy, rules and regulations and procedures
-Manage end to end procurement, including negotiation, contract management, purchase order administration and relevant reporting and analysis related to company’s spending
-Identify, evaluate and formulate procurement policy, rules and regulations, and procedures, terms and conditions of tenders, purchase orders and service agreements
-Develop purchasing strategies to improve efficiency and governance of the procurement process
-Review and analyze all suppliers, supply, and price options-Provide professional direction, guidance and support on procurement matters and tendering and alternative quotations process to all staff
skills & experiences required.
-Degree or diploma holder in related disciplines
-Min 5-8 years of experience in procurement
-Candidate from sizeable company is highly preferred
-Good command of wriiten English and Chinese
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
