about the company.Found in Hong Kong, our client is a well-established financial service institutions with numerous branches across the city. They are currently looking for a procurement and administration manager to join the Hong Kong team. about the job.As a procurement and administration manager, you are responsible for- office administration duties including and not limited to office/ branch renovation, facilities management, vendor management, procurement and tender management.- review vendor contract and agreements, and leasing for all office and branches.- coordinate and select vendor and supplier for insurance service, IT system, office renovation and office supplies.- review and implement administration and procurement polices, procedures and guidelines.- lead the team to perform and achieve targets- cover and assist to office renovation and general operation projects in Mainland china skills & experiences required.To be successful in this position, you need- Degree in business administration, procurement or related discipline- at least 10 year experience in office administration, procurement and renovation within sizable corporations, preferably in financial service field- Solid people management experience - Good command in both spoken and writen English and Chinese
