Powered by their expertise-enabled technology platform, their partners/ clients can expand the business across the globe and maintain great employee experiences. Due to their aggressive expansion plan in Asia, they are looking for an experienced "Presales Consultant" to join their Hong Kong team.


    about the job.


    • Help sales team with discovery phase of the sales process
    • Determines clients’ operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats
    • Use systems to track, report and manage sales results and pipeline, ensuring assistance with pipeline progression via demos and client conversation
    • Work with sales enablement to help refine, develop, or change sales processes to enhance the buyer’s experience
    • Work closely with sales leadership to create a positive working relationship and effective cohesive results
    • Responsible for assisting the sales team to meet sales goals
    • Act as the technical sales expert in complex needs assessment and becomes an extension of the sales team following up with clients/prospects as needed.



    skills & experiences required.


    • At least 5+ years of pre-sales tech/architecture experience required
    • Strong presentation skills and business acumen
    • Experience with international payroll, PEOs or EOR preferred
    • Experience working with complex sales process, business case development and RFPs/RFIs
    • A collaborator and natural problem solver
    • Experience with Excel and MS Office, understanding of SQL, API software and system
    • Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in business, computer engineering, or computer science or related experience
