  • key responsibilities

    Sits in Group’s IPO Team
    Responsible for/involve in the whole IPO process and financial activities of the company
    Liaise with local finance teams of overseas subsidiaries in APAC
    Ensure Group’s financial reports fulfill Stock Exchange (ie HKEX) latest requirements
    Design and execute company pre-IPO RSU incentive scheme

  • qualifications

    Bachelor degree holder (top-up degree holder will not be considered)
    3-10 years Audit experience in Big4 Audit firm
    Highly prefer candidates with IPO engagement experience/familiar with listing rules
