Being as one of the teammate, you will have the opportunity to:

Assess policy applications, validate client-provided information, and guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all necessary documents.
Ensure compliance of policy documents with both regulatory mandates and internal guidelines.
Create and generate policy-related paperwork, such as certificates, endorsements, and other relevant documents.
Regularly update operational manuals, workflow documents, customer service standards, and various operational requirements within the system.
Actively participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new or improved technological solutions.

skills & experiences required.

If you are / have:

Associate Degree / Diploma Holder
1-2 years of relevant experience in sizable insurance firm
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Immediately availability is preferred
