About the Company

Our client company is a reputable firm with strong presences in the region. They develop and operate world-class commercial facilities. With business expansion, they are now looking for Planning/ Programming specialists to join their Headquarter team as Planning and Programming Manager (Executive Grade).


About the Role

Directly reporting to Division Head,

  • Full cycle planning management from master programme, advising project estimates, cost estimates, overall schedule, resources planning, risk & opportunities analysis to support potential project development
  • Review and advise overall program and schedules to ensure project control program is viable, comprehensive and accurate
  • Develop and maintain integrated programming and planning standard as well as relevant reporting procedures
  • Coordinate and liaise closely with other project/ internal stakeholders to facilitate overall project progress, setting project milestones
  • A thorough understanding of policies, methods, and procedures that includes advanced Planning and Scheduling techniques, Risk Analysis, Risk Management, and support of project objectives.


About the Requirement

  • Over 10 – 15 years planning and programming experiences, preferably within client side/ corporate environment in property/ real estate/ infrastructure sectors
  • Proven leadership and communication skills to liaise and engage various stakeholders
  • Hong Kong local project experiences are advantageous, however regional exposures in other cities are also valuable
  • Proficient experience level using project scheduling tools (Primavera P6). Proven analytical and risk management skills
  • Degree holder in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction Management
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
