- Business:Personal 50:50
- Organize and schedule personal and business meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, PowerPoint, and take minutes during meetings
- Arrange travel itineraries and international meeting
- Ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate
- Assist in ad hoc duties
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder
- 5+ years of relevant experiences supporting the senior management
- Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
