To support their dynamic business operation, they are now seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their company.

Job descriptions

As a successful Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for:

50% Business support:

  • Provide secretarial support to Chairman including calendar management, expense management, and travel arrangements etc.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conference or social events for Chairman
  • Prepare meeting agenda, minutes and documents
  • Review and prepare business correspondence
  • Conduct business research, proposals and presentation materials
  • General administration or other ad-hoc duties as assigned

50% Personal support:

  • Assist Chairman and his family in coordinating personal matters, including managing meeting schedule, handling travel arrangements and other ad-hoc tasks
  • In-charge of household management
  • Coordinate with drivers and domestic helpers

Skills and experiences required

  • Bachelor of Diploma
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Native Mandarin is mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, prior experiences in supporting personal matters is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, tactful, fast-paced, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and flexibility at work
  • 6 days work & occassionally travel required
