job description

We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for a leading hedge fund financial institution based in Central, Hong Kong. It will be an all-round personal support role which requires the successful candidate to provide both hands-on personal and business support to the CEO of the company.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s calendar and meeting schedules
  • Assist in business correspondence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flight and accommodation bookings
  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and analysis for management use
  • Manage reimbursements and expense reports
  • Responsible for all household matters including any renovation projects, furniture orderings/ maintenance, and bill payments etc.
  • Coordinate with driver and maid's schedules and tasks
  • Organise family events including dinners, social activities, family gatherings and leisure trips
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Skills & experience required

  • 6-10 years of experience or above in personal or secretarial support, within professional services, banking, financial services industries
  • High proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English
  • Proficiency in MS office applications & Chinese word processing
  • Adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented, and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Previous exposure working in PRC based corporations/ knowledge of Chinese business culture is highly desirable
