- Manage the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communicate on behalf of the executive.
- Conduct research and provide background information for meetings and projects.
- Manage personal tasks, such as running errands and organising household or personal affairs.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other departments or external parties.
- Manage and track projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and organising files.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
