job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, including but not limited to handle business schedules and set up travel arrangements
  • Assist the CEO for any meetings, conferences or communications as required, including preparing correspondences, reports, emails, materials for meetings and presentations
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on business issues proactively and independently
  • Provide secretarial support to CEO's family occasionally as required
  • Perform ad hoc project and special assignments as required

Requirements

  • Degree Holder or tertiary education background
  • Minimum 3 year solid PA experience serving senior management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient language skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
