Our client is one of the largest providers of international education in Hong Kong. As part of the expansion of their business in Hong Kong, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee the day-to-day office administration.

Job Responsibilities

This role is responsible for all-round office administration, vendor management, facilities and equipment maintenance, office procurement, and event management. The successful candidate will also provide a wide range of executive support to one of the top management in the head office.

  • Directly report to the Director of HK Office
  • Provide secretarial support, including meeting coordination, calendar management, travel, and itinerary arrangement
  • Attend project meetings with the Director and perform minutes-taking & follow-up actions
  • Establish and maintain supplier arrangement, vendor management, facilities management, monthly office procurement, and budgeting
  • Supervise and allocate the work of admin staff to ensure a smooth office operation
  • Participate and support on company event projects while necessary

Skills & Experiences Required

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative & secretarial experience from sizeable companies
  • Candidates with Education background is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (Native English would be advantageous)
  • Self-motivated, tactful, fast-paced, well-organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with senior levels
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
