- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding on behalf of executives as necessary.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for executives.
- Assist in the preparation for meetings, including agenda creation, document distribution, and minute-taking.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and project implementation.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and databases, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items and tasks assigned to executives.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
skills & experiences required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Professionalism and a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
