about the job.
- Provide administrative support include diary/meeting management and travel arrangements
- Act as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls
- Maintain office documentation such as spreadsheets, databases and presentation material
- Communicate and coordinate across the organisation
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years experience as a personal assistant
- Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and enthusiastic about delivering positive results
