Job Overview

This company is one of the world’s leading medical device companies based in German. We’re now looking for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative and business support to the General Manager and the Hong Kong office (20 people) located in Wan Chai.

Job Responsibilities

As a Personal Assistant to the General Manager, you'll be responsible to provide all-round administrative and business support on a daily basis, which including:

  • Perform calendar management, screening emails and travelling arrangement etc.
  • Prepare presentation and marketing materials, such as Powerpoint slides
  • Arrange appointments, conference calls or meetings
  • Attend meetings and take minutes if necessary
  • Coordinate with business partners and external stakeholders on behalf of GM
  • Handle the general office administration and reception function
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Skills & experiences required

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years experience in administration, executive support, marketing, or business operations fields
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and high flexibility at work
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites (esp. Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
