Our client is a well established bank with large presence here in Hong Kong and the APAC region.

  • Motivate and develop the best employees and to enhance business performance
  • Review, design and support the execution of proposals for reward, performance management and benefits policies, pay reviews and performance related incentives and programs
  • Lead and participate in country and regional projects
  • Provide guidance and coordination of group systems, including pay review, compensation approval and analytics to HR generalists and operations
  • Assist with the training and development of Performance and Reward knowledge for the HR team
  • Ensure reward policies and processes are compliant with applicable laws and regulations

skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Solid HR experience coming from large multinational company, preferably finance
  • Possesses advanced knowledge in Compensation and Benefits with a strong numerical background
  • Experience in compensation models, system implementation, policy development, analytical reasoning and problem solving skills
  • Able to articulate business value of HR initiatives
  • Self-starter and focuses on providing quality services, products and results
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
