Our client, one of the top tier Corporate and Investment Banking in the world, is seeking for a high calibre candidate to assist the Human Resources team.


  • Process monthly payroll including preparation of paperwork and data entry for all New Hires, Leavers and employee life cycle changes using ADP/SAP
  • Preparation of all manual payments outside normal pay run and ensure the payments are processed accurately and timely
  • Understand HK taxation and knowledgeable in Employment Ordinance
  • Assist in preparing the tax returns/ payroll reports and daily operation reports
  • Work collaboratively with external vendors, nearshore and offshore team to ensure payroll systems provide accurate and appropriate data payments to employees
  • Assist Payroll Manager/Country Operations Manager as required
  • Manage daily work e.g. Letter Printing, Greeting with trainers and visitors
  • Provide onsite training / event support
  • Filing and managing document inventory


  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience (payroll/SAP/HR/tax/HKEO related) preferable within banking industry
  • Will be start in early July
  • Good understanding in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Experienced in payroll related environment
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Good communication skills
