About the Company

Our client is a well-known professional services firm, that serves a number of clients and brands, and they're looking for a Payroll Manager/Payroll Team leader to assist in checking the business' payroll.


As the Payroll Manager, you will be reporting directly into the HR Director and will be responsible for leading various payroll operations for group level. Leading a team of specialists, you will not only manage operations matter, but will also manage vendors.

You will be overseeing and handling duties from revamping the process to expatriate tax matters. Assisting and collaborating with BU heads on payroll projects.

From time to time you will also be training juniors, following up with issues both internally and externally regarding payroll activities.

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:

University degree holder

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in payroll or C&B operations, including 2-4 years of managerial experience
  • Experience in large populated business' would be an advantage
  • Driven, well-organised and can demonstrate a strong understanding of HR initiatives
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Payroll Supervisor/Senior Payroll Specialist
