- Lead the end-to-end processing of the payroll operation for global office
- Oversee the preparation of a variety of payroll related reports
- Be accountable for the timely verification and authorization of the multiple payrolls
- Manage the Payroll team, provide leadership, guidance and manage performance and development of the team.
- Manage end-to-end payroll service vendors: maintaining sustainable relationship, managing service level per service contract requirements, carry out regular service review and ongoing improvement process. Coordinate and prepare deliverables for audit request
- Continuously review payroll processes and provide process improvement recommendations to ensure efficiencies and compliance to legal requirements
- Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders
- Partner with HR and the business to ensure timely communication and collaboration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Human Resource, Finance or Business required
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in processing and /or managing payroll in multiple global countries with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position
- High degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in high pressure situations
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Ability to handle and analyze complex calculations
- Proficient MS Excel and other business applications
- Candidates with experience of payroll and taxation in multiple countries would be at a distinct advantage
- Experience of being a key member of larger payroll projects would be an advantage
