Assist in annual budgeting exercises related to compensation and benefits.
Oversee and manage leave management processes.

Provide support to managers during employee on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.
Maintain and enhance the HRIS system and other e-HR projects.
Take the lead on ad hoc projects as required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in payroll.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
