about the company.

This role is with one of the fastest going Virtual Banks in the market. They are currently looking for someone who has the skill set for handling Payment Operations as well as Credit Card operations. As this role is manager level, they also expect someone with a bit more experience to potentially be the deputy head of this function!

about the job.

You would be required to handle BAU duties for payment operation and credit card operation. As a manager of the team, you would also need to be a mentor for all the junior members. You would be reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Operations and update your manager on a daily basis on operation.

skills and experience preferred.

The preferred candidate for this role would need to have at least 3-4 years of payment operation experience in a Corporate bank setting. Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
