- Building a territory coverage plan and suitable call channel account cycle plan
- Implementing a recruitment and onboarding process for channel acquisition
- Proactive sales and pipeline generation activities in concert with the marketing and channel partners
- Management of the opportunity lifecycle from identifying a lead to closing a sale and ensuring the right customer or partner engagement is maintained throughout the process
- Forecasting and opportunity planning of direct & partner-led opportunities
